Return & Refund Policy

At our store, we want every purchase to feel magical. However, if something did not turn out as expected, we offer a clear and fair return policy for all our customers—no matter where you are in the world.


🗓️ Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund.


✅ Conditions for an Eligible Return

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Include the original packaging, with all boxes, tags, and protective materials.

  • Include proof of purchase or the order number.

Important: Products that have been used, altered, damaged due to misuse, or returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Please do not send any items without prior authorization.

This address is used exclusively for approved returns. Any unauthorized packages will not be processed.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning an item for personal reasons (for example, it was not what you expected or you changed your mind), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Used items or items without original packaging

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products


🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you must first complete the return process.
Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us again.


🌍 International Orders & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

For customers in the European Union, in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing a reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
